HEARING
November 7, 2005.
Decision
This decision relates to two similarly worded group grievances, dated June 15th, 2005 and October 5, 2005 respectively, filed on behalf of some one hundred and seventy three employees at the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital, claiming that the employer had violated Article 3 of the Collective Agreement by not extending to them also, the weekend shift premium which had been negotiated for correctional officers during wage bargaining.
The Union advised the Board that it was not pursuing the grievance any further.
In the circumstances both grievances are hereby dismissed.
