Having heard the submissions of counsel, I make the following ORDER:

1. Counsel for the Union is to provide to counsel for the Employer particulars regarding the grievor’s allegations by close of business on October 18, 2004.

2. A mediation-arbitration date of November 15, 2004 is hereby set.

3. If the Union fails to provide the particulars set out in paragraph 1 above by October 18, 2004, the Employer may raise any motions it deems appropriate, including a motion to dismiss the grievance.
