Decision

The grievor, Mr. J. Lebow, has filed a grievance relating to the fact that a position for Drinking Water Inspector for the Belleville area office was not posted. The Union and the Employer had agreed that the position would not be posted, as it would be filled by lateral transfer. As there is no dispute between the parties to the Collective Agreement, the Board has no jurisdiction to hear the matter and Mr. Lebow’s grievance is therefore dismissed.
