Decision
In a grievance filed in 2003, Mr. A. Quinn, a pilot, alleges that the Employer contravened the management rights provision by not providing him with certain training. At the hearing on June 17, 2004, the Employer requested that I direct the Union to provide it with particulars. After discussing this issue with the parties’ representatives, I advised the parties that I would direct the Union to provide the particulars requested by the Employer. Accordingly, the Union is directed to provide particulars as discussed at the hearing to counsel for the Employer no later than July 30, 2004.
