HEARING
January 8, 2004.
DECISION
At a hearing on January 8, 2004 in connection with the bargaining unit integrity grievance, an issue arose with respect to a particular document requested by the Union. After hearing the positions of the parties, it is my conclusion that the document in question is arguably relevant to the issues in this proceeding. Accordingly, the Employer is directed to provide to Mr. R. Blair, counsel for the Union, a copy of the contract between the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services and Collective Minds Consulting Incorporated relating to the business desk analyst service, no later than February 20, 2004. Further to the agreement between counsel, specific references to payment are to be deleted. This document is to be used by the Union only for purposes related to this proceeding and for no other purpose.
