Decision

This grievance arises out of the 2002 work stoppage in the Ontario public service. The grievor contends she should have been assigned overtime work on April 27 and 28, 2002, as a fire operations clerk at the Cochrane aviation and fire service worksite. As the evidence indicates no such overtime work was performed by anyone at this location on either of these dates, the grievance is dismissed.
