HEARING

February 5, 2004.

Decision

This grievance arises out of the work stoppage in the Ontario public service which ended on May 5, 2002. On the evening of May 5th, the grievor received a phone call from his supervisor who told him where to pick up his Ministry vehicle the next morning. Based upon this phone call, the grievor claims call-back pay. In the circumstances, I conclude there is no entitlement to such pay.
