Decision
Pursuant to an earlier request by the Union, the Ministry was directed to produce documentation about training for the following individuals who held Enforcement Officer 4 positions between 1998 and 2002:
Kim Lendvay, Karen Lee Bradshaw, Lianne Kenlish, Sylvie Chartrand, Hardeep Randhawa, Jena Leavoy, Jeff Bulchant, Kathleen Anderson, Jonathan Addy, Matt McNeice, Scott Thompson, and Jason Ryan
The Union has now requested that the Ministry produce resume for the same individuals. The Employer opposed this request. As these documents are arguably relevant to the issue in dispute, the Ministry is directed to produce them.
