HEARING
July 15, 2003.
Decision
The Parties referred the above-captioned group grievance to mediation/ arbitration in accordance with Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement.
The grievor alleges that the employer has violated her rights in regards to not granting a lateral transfer request to the Brockville Jail.
At the outset of the hearing, the Parties agreed that I had the jurisdiction to deal with this matter and they requested that I issue a without prejudice decision, with no reasons.
Having carefully reviewed the submissions of the Parties, I have determined that there is no violation of the collective agreement. Accordingly, the grievance is hereby dismissed.
Dated at Toronto this 31^st^ day of October, 2003.
