Decision

The Parties referred this grievance to mediation/ arbitration in accordance with Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement. The grievances involve an issue regarding the issuance of two concurrent unclassified correctional officer contracts.

Based on my discussions with the parties and a review of the issue in question, the Parties are directed to forward to me written submissions regarding this matter not later than July 18, 2003.
