DECISION
The parties agree that I have jurisdiction to address all the grievances set out above. The parties have agreed to a mediation/arbitration process and that I will issue this decision without reasons and that the terms of this decision will have no precedential value between the parties.
I hereby direct:
That the grievor, Mr. Paul St. Jean, is to be assigned as a permanent full-time Customer Service Representative, to a store in the London geographical area on or about February 1, 2003.
This order disposes fully and finally of all the above noted grievances.
