AWARD

This is a grievance of considerable vintage. None of the grievors were in attendance at the hearing. At the commencement of the hearing, the union advised that it did not dispute the employer’s position that there had been no violation of the collective agreement.

Having regard to the positions of the parties and the fact that there is no dispute between them, the grievance is hereby dismissed.
