Based upon the submissions of the parties, I direct the employer to produce to the union all documents relating to interpersonal conflict between the grievor and Eric Mompoint, excluding privileged documents, on the condition that the documents produced will be used exclusively for the purpose of preparing for the hearing in this matter.
