DECISION
The grievor in this case alleges that he was laid off without just cause. After carefully considering the submissions of the parties, the Board hereby declares and directs the following:
i) That the employer shall pay to the grievor, as a retiring allowance, the sum of $2,500.00.
ii) That the grievor shall provide a TD2 form and any other necessary documentation to the employer.
iii) That within seven days of receipt of the TD2 form and any other documentation required, the employer shall forward the money to the designated financial institution.
This award hereby resolves all outstanding claims, grievances or actions this grievor may have against the employer.
In the event that the parties have any difficulties implementing this award, I shall remain seized.
