DECISION
The Parties referred this July 15, 1995, grievance regarding the payment of relocation expenses to mediation/arbitration in accordance with Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement. At the outset of the hearing, the Parties agreed that I had jurisdiction to deal with this matter and they consented to me issuing a without prejudice decision without reasons.
Having carefully reviewed the evidence and the submissions of the Parties, I find that there has been no violation of the collective agreement.
Accordingly, the grievance is dismissed.
Dated at Toronto, this 1st day of May, 2001.
