DECISION

Having heard the submissions of the parties during the mediation/arbitration of August 22 and 23, 2000, the employer is hereby ordered to pay Amy Benn the sum of $100.00 within six weeks of the date hereof. The grievance of Amy Benn and the Union grievance both dated October 29, 1995 and relating to maternity/paternity leave top-up are hereby concluded.
