HEARING May 15, 2000.
Decision
I. This matter came back to me for the purpose of the clarification of paragraph 3 of the Decision dated May 15, 2000. Paragraph 6 of that Decision provided that I remain seized of all matters arising out of the Award.
II. The Employer asserted that Article 32, 36 and 39 of the collective agreement fall under the general exemption set out in paragraph 3 of the Decision.
III. Having consulted my notes and recollection from the first day of hearing, I find that Articles 32, 36 and 39 were to form part of the exemption of coverage for the affected employees.
IV. I remain seized of any and all matters arising out of this Decision as well as of the Decision dated May 15, 2000.
Dated in Toronto, this 20th day of November, 2000.
