HEARING June 26, 2000
Based upon my discussions with the parties to the collective agreement, I issue the following order:
Chris Laurenco and Jesse Ramirez will be assigned to Clerk 2, Supply positions with the OPP Supply Section effective July 10, 2000.
Their CSD will be treated as unbroken.
The Employer will pay the Employer and Employee pension contributions for Chris Laurenco and Jesse Ramirez. This calculation will be based on the amount the Grievors would have accrued from the layoff date to the date of assignment to Clerk 2, Supply positions.
Chris Laurenco and Jesse Ramirez will each be credited with a full year of vacation credits effective July 10, 2000.
The Employer will pay:
(a) Mike Dunphy $1,000 reimbursement for education allowance.
(b) Jesse Ramirez $500.00 for re-employment expenses.
(c) Chris Laurenco $500.00 for re-employment expenses.
(d) Jovo Risovich $5,000 as backpay.
Mr. J. Risovich will be appointed to an unclassified Clerk 2, Supply position for a 6 month period effective July 10, 2000.
This resolves all of the noted grievances.
I remain seized.
Dated at Toronto, this 4th day of July, 2000.
