HEARING May 11, 2000
AWARD
The grievor, Jeff Columbus, was reclassified from an EO3 position to that of an EO4, pursuant to an agreement between the parties dated August 3, 1993. His reclassification placed him on the step on the pay grid that gave him a three percent increase.
On March 6, 1997 Mr. Columbus grieved that he had not been placed on the same step of the EO4 position that he had been on in his EO 3.
Having heard the submissions of the parties, it is clear that the grievance is out of time. Accordingly, the grievance is dismissed.
Dated at Toronto, this 12th day of May, 2000
