[1]. The parties appeared before me on February 23, 2000. During the course of the hearing, the parties signed minutes of settlement requesting that I convene a mediation/arbitration in this matter, to adjudicate on all outstanding issues relating to GSB file # 0711/94.
[2]. The parties presented their submissions to me. Having heard their submissions, I make the following order.
[3]. The Ministry of Transportation is directed to pay the griever Arminio Del Rosario, before May 1, 2000, the amount of $1,500.00 less statutory deductions.
[4]. I am seized of all matters arising out of this award.
