Having carefully reviewed the original settlement, the correspondence in the union document brief of June 23, 2000, and the recent minutes of settlement, dated March 13, 2000 and October 12, 2000, and the submission of the parties, I have decided to deny the union’s motion for an order to produce both the work-in-progress on the Ministry’s Human Resources Plan and the survey.
