The Applicant, Yun Yi Jessie Wu, was injured in a motor vehicle accident on May 26, 2010. The parties settled the issues in dispute in this arbitration and requested an order on consent issue with respect to expenses. I granted that request.
The issue in this further hearing is:
- Is Ms. Wu entitled to her expenses incurred in respect of this arbitration hearing?
Result:
On Consent of the Parties;
Ms. Wu shall pay $2,500.00 to the Insurer, inclusive, payable on or before March 1, 2015.
Ms. Wu shall sign a full and final release for all past, present and future claims under all coverages.
