The Applicant, Zi Shen Perry Chen, claimed to be injured in a motor vehicle accident on May 26, 2010. The parties settled the issues in dispute in this arbitration and requested an order on consent issue with respect to expenses. I granted that request.
The issue in this further hearing is:
- Is Mr. Chen entitled to his expenses incurred in respect of this arbitration hearing?
Result:
On Consent of the Parties;
Mr. Chen shall pay $2,500.00 to the Insurer, inclusive, payable on or before March 1, 2015.
Mr. Chen shall sign a full and final release for all past, present and future claims under all coverages.

Under section 282 of the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.I.8, as amended, on consent of the parties, it is ordered that:
Mr. Chen shall pay $2,500.00 to the Insurer, inclusive, payable on or before March 1, 2015.
The Applicant shall sign a full and final release for all past, present and future claims under all coverages.
