DECISION CORRECTION
On February 4, 2000, I issued a decision in the above matter. Paragraph 1 of the Results on page 3 is in error. It states:
Mr. Price is entitled under section 6 of the Schedule, from October 8, 1999 onwards to an IRB of $81.30 per week with interest, as agreed, calculated based solely on his employment income.
This paragraph is in error. It has been deleted and replaced by the following.
Mr. Price is entitled under section 6 of the Schedule to an IRB of $81.30 per week as agreed with interest, calculated based solely on his employment income, from October 8, 1998 to the 104-week point after the accident.
The Order, paragraph 1 states:
Mr. Price is entitled under section 6 of the Schedule, from October 8, 1999 onwards to an IRB of $81.30 per week with interest, calculated based on his employment income. He is entitled to no additional amount for self-employment income.
This paragraph is in error. It has been deleted and replaced by the following:
Mr. Price is entitled under section 6 of the Schedule to an IRB of $81.30 per week with interest, calculated based on his employment income, from October 8, 1998 to the 104-week point after the accident. He is entitled to no additional amount for self-employment income.
