On March 9, 2022, I issued a decision on the above matter.Under section 282 of the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.1.8, as amended, it is ordered that:
Pursuant to Rule 63.4 of the Dispute Resolution Practice Code, Third Edition (April 15, 1997), paragraph 3 of the arbitration order is corrected to read as follows:
- GAN shall pay Mr. McConachie a $10,000 lump sum special award, togther with simple two percent interest per month from the date of this Order.
