DECISION CORRECTION
On November 2, 1999, I issued a decision in the above matter. On page 6, paragraph 2, I stated:
"The statement was prepared with the aid of an interpreter and Mr. Thanh signed it."
"...if Mr. Thanh was truly concerned about any error in his statement, he could have instructed his counsel to advise State Farm of this long before the hearing."
These sentences are in error. They have been deleted and replaced by the following:
"The statement was prepared with the aid of an interpreter and Mr. Truong signed it."
"...if Mr. Truong was truly concerned about any error in his statement, he could have instructed his counsel to advise State Farm of this long before the hearing."
