Issues:
The Applicant, Teresa Commisso, was injured in a motor vehicle accident on February 27, 1995. She applied for and received statutory accident benefits from Canadian General Insurance Group ("Canadian General"), payable under the Schedule.1 Canadian General terminated Ms. Commisso's weekly income replacement benefits on March 1, 1996 and her supplementary medical and rehabilitation benefits on June 10, 1996. It also refused to pay Ms. Commisso her expenses for housekeeping incurred after June 10, 1996.
