DECISION CORRECTION
On April 10, 1997, I issued a decision in the above matter. On page 3, paragraph 2, the fourth sentence states:
..."The Insurer paid weekly income benefits for 11 months, until September 5, 1993."
This sentence is in error. It has been deleted and replaced by the following:
"The Insurer paid weekly income benefits for 11 months, until September 5, 1994."
Please replace page 3 of your decision with the attached corrected version.
