APPEAL ORDER CORRECTION
On March 20, 1997, I issued a decision in the above matter. On the front page of the order, paragraph 2, it states:
- The following order is substituted:
Martin Overley was not injured in an “accident,” within the meaning of Ontario Regulation 672, the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule - Accidents Before January 1, 1994, and is therefore not entitled to accident benefits from Co-operators General Insurance Company.
This paragraph should read:
- The following order is substituted:
Martin Overley was not injured in an “accident,” within the meaning of Ontario Regulation 776/93, the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule - Accidents On or After January 1, 1994, and is therefore not entitled to accident benefits from Co-operators General Insurance Company.
