APPEAL DECISION CORRECTION
On March 13, 1997, I issued a decision in the above matter. On page 1, paragraph 1, sentence 2 and 3, in my reasons for decision, it states:
At the arbitration hearing, Allstate argued that a final settlement was reached on April 27, 1994 and, therefore, Mr. Fathulla could not claim additional accident benefits. Mr. Fathulla claimed that he should be allowed to proceed to arbitration because he did not understand the nature of the agreement.
It should read:
At the arbitration hearing, Allstate argued that a final settlement was reached on April 27, 1994 and, therefore, Mr. Arabpour could not claim additional accident benefits. Mr. Arabpour claimed that he should be allowed to proceed to arbitration because he did not understand the nature of the agreement.
