DECISION CORRECTION
On February 9, 1996, I issued a decision in the above matter.
A. On page 2, under the heading "Result", it states:
- Mr. Sebastian is entitled to receive interest on the amounts outstanding from June 8, 1994 according to the provisions of section 24 of the Schedule.
This is in error. It has been deleted and replaced by the following:
- Mr. Sebastian is entitled to receive interest on the amounts outstanding from September 2, 1993 according to the provisions of section 24 of the Schedule.
B. On page 16, the last sentence on the page reads:
The document was completed August 3, 1993. Interest starts to run 30 days later on September 2, 1993.
This is in error and should read:
The document was deemed to be received by Canadian on August 3, 1993 having heard no evidence on this point. Interest starts to run 30 days later on September 2, 1993.
