ORDER
1On November 27, 2020, Angela Whiteley, Director, Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (“Director”), issued Environmental Compliance Approval No. 19-NOR-97288 (“ECA”) to Northern Disposal & Sanitation to facilitate the construction of a hauled sewage disposal facility on the property located at 878 Highway 592 in Emsdale, Ontario.
2On December 11, 2020, the Applicants listed in Appendix 1 below applied under s. 38(1) of the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993 for leave to appeal the Director’s decision to issue the ECA.
3On January 14, 2021, the Tribunal received notice from the Director that the Director had revoked the ECA.
4With the revocation of the underlying ECA, the Tribunal dismisses the Applicants’ application for leave to appeal.
5The Tribunal encourages the Parties to make every effort to negotiate and resolve any outstanding issues between them. The Tribunal may be contacted if further directions are required.
