Background
1On December 16, 2016, the Alliance to Protect Prince Edward County filed a motion with the Environmental Review Tribunal (“Tribunal”) seeking an order directing that the continuation of the cross-examination of Dr. Scott Reynolds, a witness for wpd White Pines Wind Incorporated (“Approval Holder”), take place before the Tribunal or, in the alternative, an order directing counsel for the Approval Holder to refrain from all further objections to questions during Dr. Reynolds’ cross-examination.
2The Tribunal has reviewed the submissions of the parties and the transcript of Dr. Reynolds’ cross-examination dated November 28, 2016.
ORDER
3With reasons to follow, the Tribunal dismisses the motion.
