ORDER

By Order and Decision issued April 28, 2025 the Court of the Drainage Referee dismissed this action and provided that, if the parties were unable to agree, the parties could make written submissions as to costs; and, after being advised that the parties have agreed that costs in the amount of $18,000.00 are to be paid by the plaintiff to the defendant Municipality.

THIS COURT ORDERS that

1. On consent, costs fixed in the amount of $18,000.00 are payable by the plaintiff to the defendant Municipality.
