The Court of the Drainage Referee having been advised by the applicants that their signatures have been withdrawn from the petition upon which the Engineer’s Report was based such that there is nothing further for Township Council to consider and, in turn, nothing for this Court to consider under the Drainage Act
THIS COURT ORDERS that:
This application is hereby dismissed; and
If the parties are unable to agree as to costs, each party may make brief written submissions on or before Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
