This action coming on for trial at the sittings of this Court holden at the City of Welland for trial of action on the 27th and 28th and 29th days of January A.D. 1981, and upon hearing counsel for all parties and what was alleged aforesaid:
- THIS COURT DOTH ORDER THAT this action insofar as it relates to claim for damages against the Respondent for the years 1977 and 1978 and 1979, only be and the same is hereby dismissed without costs.
