ENDORSEMENT
1Motion for an extension of time to appeal is unopposed. OTG extending the time to appeal to the date of filing of the Notice of Appeal, April 23, 2024.
2I make no comment on the merits of the appeal. There is, however, a need for TCHC to explain the apparent incongruity of its position now despite its position as submitted to the Landlord and Tenant Board.
