[1] The plaintiffs in two proposed class actions appealed to this court from the dismissal of their certification motions. By decision dated January 20, 2023, the appeal was dismissed. The parties were encouraged to resolve the issue of costs consensually, and they did so.
[2] Therefore, on consent, there will be an order for costs payable by the plaintiffs/appellants inclusive of fees, disbursements and HST as follows:
