ENDORSEMENT
1This motion for leave to appeal from the decision of Justice K.A. Gorman dated March 14, 2022 is granted with respect to the following questions:
(i) whether or not the motion judge erred in ordering that the joint retainer of the accountant continue; and,
(ii) whether or not the motion judge erred in ordering the production of documents under the retainer agreement.
2Leave to appeal is otherwise dismissed. Costs of this leave motion are reserved to the panel hearing the appeal.
