[1] The motion for leave to appeal the order of Harper J. dated February 28, 2022 (2022 ONSC 1038) is granted, with costs of $5,000.00, inclusive, payable in the discretion of the appeal panel. The parties shall confer to agree upon a schedule for exchange of appeal materials and shall provide their agreed schedule to the Registrar by email by May 27, 2022. If a schedule is not agreed, then the parties shall provide their proposed schedules by that date and the court will either set the schedule or direct that there be a case conference.
