[1] Counsel seek a consent order with respect to the funds that had been paid into court to vacate Mr. Demir’s lien claim. We are prepared to grant this order. On consent, we make the following order:

Upon the expiry of all appeal rights, the sum of $17,056.00 out of the total amount paid into court to Superior Court account 542579 to vacate the lien claim of Haci Ahmet Demir, shall be paid out of court to Haci Ahmet Demir in full satisfaction of the Master’s Report of August 11, 2017 and of all subsequent orders in all subsequent proceedings in the action, counterclaim, and the appeal, including in this court, and the balance of the funds in that account, together with accrued interest, shall be paid out of court to Erdal Kilic.
