Introduction
[1] These Reasons address a number of appeals arising from the decision of Master Short dated June 8, 2017 (the “Decision”).
[2] In the Decision, the Master, sitting also as Registrar in Bankruptcy, dismissed motions seeking to lift the stays of proceedings against Eugene Maida and Anthony Maida under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c.
