COSTS ENDORSEMENT
[1] On February 13, 2015, I dismissed Dr. Browne’s motion for leave to appeal and requested written submissions as to costs. I have now received those submissions.
[2] The motion was opposed by the plaintiff and the subrogated plaintiff, OHIP. As the successful parties, they are entitled to their costs on a partial indemnity basis. I fix those costs in the amount of $2,500.00 each, payable by Dr. Browne.
