[1] This appeal is quashed. The appellant seeks to appeal from a final order of Low J. declaring that there was a solicitor and client relationship between the appellant and the respondent, Alvin Isenberg Professional Corporation, and remitting the matter back to an assessment officer.
[2] This court’s jurisdiction is limited to appeals from monetary awards, under s. 19(1)(a) and 19(1.1) of the Courts of Justice Act. The judgment appealed from is not a monetary award. Appeal quashed.
COSTS
[3] Costs to the respondent fixed at $3,500. Costs should follow the result.
