1This appeal is quashed. The appellant seeks to appeal from a final order of Low J. declaring that there was a solicitor and client relationship between the appellant and the respondent, Alvin Isenberg Professional Corporation, and remitting the matter back to an assessment officer.
2This court’s jurisdiction is limited to appeals from monetary awards, under s. 19(1)(a) and 19(1.1) of the Courts of Justice Act. The judgment appealed from is not a monetary award. Appeal quashed.
COSTS
3Costs to the respondent fixed at $3,500. Costs should follow the result.
