The Motions
[1] The following motions came before me as a single judge of the Divisional Court on Thursday, February 3, 2011. There are four motions as follows:
(a) MOTION TO EXTEND TIME
This is a motion brought by the appellant for “an order to allow the extension of time for the purpose of better perfection of the appeal that was delayed in the factum and the book of authorities from October 12th, 2010 till November 26th, 2010, which is the date of filing this document.”
(b) MOTION ON BEHALF OF THE UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA AND RELATED PARTIES in which the following relief is sought:
- An Order dismissing the Appeal of the Appellant on the basis that the Divisional Court has no jurisdiction pursuant to subsections 19(1)(a)
