[1] It has come to the attention of the court that the original judgment in this appeal which was released on July 28, 2011 (Park v Park, 2011 ONSC 4234) contained an error with respect to the place where the appeal was heard. It showed that it was heard at London but ought to have shown that it was heard at Hamilton.
[2] Accordingly, the original judgment is hereby amended to show, as amended, that the appeal was heard at Hamilton.
