SUPPLEMENTARY ENDORSEMENT ON COSTS
[1] Having now received and reviewed the costs submissions dated September 21st, 2010 from Menzies & Associates, which were erroneously not forwarded to my attention by the Ottawa Court Staff, I am prepared to reconsider my initial order on costs, given this administrative error.
[2] I hereby fix the costs for this respondent at $20,000 payable by the appellants within 30 days hereof.
