ENDORSEMENT
[1] The appellant seeks to appeal the final order of Gray J. dated May 26, 2010 in which he struck the appellant’s two Superior Court proceedings (now before this Court in DC-10-0051-00 and DC-10-0052-00). These actions claimed damages against the Respondents in the sum of $8.2 million and $100,000 respectively. We accept the respondent’s submission that an appeal of a final order in these amounts is within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal. Accordingly these two appeals are transferred to the Court of Appeal.
