1This is an appeal from the decision of Forestell J., confirming the assessment, after a four day hearing of Assessment Officer E. M.G. Moquin.
2Forestell J. found, in a detailed endorsement, that the findings of the Assessment Officer were reasonable and entitled to deference.
3After hearing the well presented argument of Ms. Foster, we nevertheless conclude Forestell J. was correct and adopt her endorsement.
4Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
