[1] The appellant has brought a motion to consolidate the hearing of the motion to set aside the order of Cumming J., dated February 16, 2007, with a motion to set aside the order of Lane J. made May 1, 2003, dismissing her application for judicial review as premature.
[2] The appellant had ample time to bring the 2003 motion on for hearing in a timely manner and she has not done so. The motion with respect to the order of Cumming J. is a discrete matter.
[3] Therefore, the motion to consolidate is dismissed, and we will proceed to hear the motion respecting the order of Cumming J. which is, as I have said, a discrete matter.
